Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

The only exception is items that arrive genuinely damaged. If your item is damaged, please contact us at orders@support.saneleven.inΒ immediately, with clear photos or other proof of the damage. Once we've received the item and inspected it, and confirmed the damage is genuine, we will send you a replacement. Please note: we resolve damage claims by replacement only. We do not issue monetary refunds.
